How We Work


CLAY has an energetic and dynamic team of youth workers, and support staff, who have the passion and commitment to work with the young people and the community to fulfil our vision and goals:

  • Working with young people to identify and overcome barriers in their lives
  • Helping them plan to get where they want to be
  • Building self confidence and self-esteem
  • Helping them to make more positive choices

Since the center opened in 2004, Clay has been facilitating a wide range of programmes and activities for young people in the Lower Crumlin Area aged from 10 to 21 years.

These include Pool, Film Making, Table Tennis, Summer Programmes, Drug Awareness, Gardening, Creative Arts, Personal Development, Residential, Drop Ins and much more.
